Passport Photos are avaiable: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm

Baby Passport Photos - Please ensure your baby is awake and alert when coming in for a photo. Our recommended days and times for baby passport photos are Monday - Thursday: 11am - 4pm. The baby should be in simple clothing and should not be wearing any headbands or accessories in their hair. 

Soft Copy  

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer store soft copies on our network. Encrypted soft copies are stored on a secured website and when purchased, are available for six months.  If the encypted file is not ordered at the time of the passport photo shoot, it will not be available thereafter and a new photo must be taken at additional expense.

China & Malaysia - Please ensure you wear a black collared shirt and long hair is tied back.

French Passport Photos - Grey background.

Singapore Passport Photos - Matt paper.

Re-prints - Can only be produced within 30 days. Customer is required to provide original print out with reference image and the date the photo was taken. This is available for same country only as we do not keep the original photographs. 

All photos are guaranteed. If they are not approved, bring back your reciept and original photos for validation and we will re-do your photos for free.
